伝統・テクノロジー・食・コミュニティ・芸術・国際交流。和泉のすべてがパビリオンになる一日が、ふたたび。2027年2月6日、桃山学院大学で。Craft, technology, food, community, arts and international exchange — the whole city becomes a pavilion for one day. Again, on 6 Feb 2027 at Momoyama Gakuin University.
CONCEPT
大阪・関西万博のテーマ「いのち輝く未来社会のデザイン」のレガシーを、和泉市にローカライズしたのが《いずみ万博》です。弥生時代から続く伝統と文化、世界へ躍進する企業、自然豊かな土地の産物、そしてそこに暮らす人。この素晴らしさを、もっと多くの人へ。Izumi Expo localises the legacy of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai — "Designing Future Society for Our Lives" — for one city: heritage reaching back to the Yayoi period, companies competing worldwide, farmland and forest produce, and the people who live among them.
2025年、市民実行委員会はわずか2か月あまりで初回を立ち上げ、約60組が参加しました。人と人、人と企業、企業と学校。ここで生まれた「つながる」を、2026年はさらに大きく。In 2025 a volunteer committee built the first edition in barely two months, with some 60 participants. In 2026 we take those connections further.
PAVILIONS
桃山学院大学 和泉キャンパスの各館が、テーマごとのパビリオンに変わります。2026年度の会場割り当ては調整中で、変更になる場合があります。Each building on the Izumi campus becomes a themed pavilion. Venue assignments for this edition are still being finalised and may change.
泉州信太山盆踊り保存会による盆踊り、さをり織り、トンボ玉、和泉木綿、いずもく、だんじり。弥生から続く和泉の手仕事と芸能に、留学生も市民も一緒に触れる。Bon-odori with the Shinodayama preservation society, Saori weaving, glass beads, Izumi cotton and timber, danjiri floats — Izumi’s crafts and performing arts, shared with students from abroad and locals alike.
障がい者支援、フリースクール、子育て、高齢者、ペットなど暮らしを支える団体が集まる館。バリアフリー動線で、誰もが立ち寄れる場所に。Groups that support daily life — disability support, free schools, parenting, seniors, pets — under one barrier-free roof.
和泉の農業・食品加工・飲食店が並ぶ売り場と試食。生産者と店がタッグを組んだ限定商品も、ふたたび。Izumi’s farms, food makers and restaurants — stalls, tastings and expo-only collaboration products.
チャペルでの音楽会・オーケストラと、市内の美術教員やクリエイターによる作品展示。夜はプロジェクションマッピングの実施も検討中。Concerts and orchestra in the chapel, and exhibitions by local art teachers and creators. An evening projection-mapping finale is under consideration.
和泉から世界へ挑む企業・研究機関と、桃山学院大学の学生が共同で未来の技術を展示。ファミリー向けの体験科学から B2B の展示まで。移動式プラネタリウム（和泉市70周年事業）も調整中。Local companies, research institutes and university students exhibit future technology — from hands-on science for families to B2B showcases. A mobile planetarium (Izumi City 70th anniversary) is being arranged.
桃山学院大学の留学生と市民・学生がつながる館。留学生向けの着物・盆踊り体験や、海外留学のプレゼンテーションを予定。Where the university’s international students meet locals — kimono and bon-odori experiences, and talks on studying abroad.
OPEN FACTORY
和泉市のテクノステージ和泉には約200社の企業が集まり、世界に製品を届けるものづくりや、山林・織物・食を支える生産者もいます。けれど、その現場を市民や学生が見る機会はほとんどありません。「オープンファクトリー」は、地域の企業・工場を Web と会場の大型タッチモニターで紹介し、万博当日と日常をつなぐ企画です。Some 200 companies cluster in Izumi’s Techno-Stage district — manufacturers that ship worldwide, alongside producers who sustain the city’s forests, textiles and food. Yet residents and students rarely get to see inside. Open Factory introduces local companies and factories on the web and on large touch screens at the venue, linking expo day with everyday life.
学生・市民の取材チームが企業を訪ね、約3分の紹介動画と写真・記事にまとめて公開。工場見学を受け入れられる企業も、動画やポスターだけの企業も参加できる「簡易型」のオープンファクトリーです。実物や人を出せなくても、和泉にこんな会社があることを伝えられます。Student and citizen crews visit each company and publish a three-minute video with photos and text. Companies that can host tours and those that can only share video or posters are both welcome — a light-weight “simple” open factory that tells the city what is made here, even when nothing can be brought to the venue.

We also welcome sponsors, volunteers and venue partners. Exhibitor terms and the application form for this edition will be published here once approved by the committee.

入場は無料の予定です。一部の体験プログラムや飲食・物販は有料となります。Entry is planned to be free. Some workshops, food and goods are charged.
屋内会場が中心のため、雨天でも実施します。屋外プログラムのみ内容を変更する場合があります。Most of the event is indoors and runs in any weather; outdoor programmes may change.
台数に限りがあります。泉北高速鉄道「和泉中央」駅からのバスをご利用ください。Parking is limited — please take the bus from Izumi-Chuo Station.
